The Pioneer Principal Of The School: Alhaja Sidikat Titilayo Smith



The pioneer Principal of  the school was Alhaja Sidikat Titilayo Smith who was popularly called "UNCOMMON PRINCIPAL".

Alhaja Smith dedicated herself to building an enduring legacy for the school as she started to build it from the scratch.

It was a daunting and challenging exercise but she weathered the storm to bring the school up to the level it is today.

One needs to pay a tribute to her efforts at achieving academic excellence for the school.

During her time the following were achieved by the school:

2006 World Environment Day Celebration Award

2006 Peace Poster Design Contest Award of Lions Clubs International Multiple District 404 Nigeria.

2nd Position- Education District III 2008 Merit Award.

1st Position - Junior Secondary School Quiz Competition Lagos State Ministry of Science and Technology (2009 NASTEC WEEK).

2nd Position-Junior Secondary School Quiz Competition Lagos State Ministry of Science and Technology (2009 NASTEC WEEK).

1st Position - 2009 Merit Award of Education District III.

1st Position in Poetry -2009 Lagos State Ministry of Education JAM FEAST.

1st Position- "Nigeria Of My Dream" Competition organised by WEGAS 2009.

Best Junior Secondary School for 2009/10 at the Annual Lagos State Education Merit Award.

Governor's Education Award- Secondary School Performance Award in recognition of the school's Education Project Assessment for 2009/10 Academic Year.

2nd Position -"CANCER-Prevention Is Better Than Cure" organsed by Bloom Cancer Centre in 2010.

3rd Position - Religious Crisis organised by Africa Peace Initiative 2010.

1st Position - Best Principal at the 2011  Merit Award of Education District III.

Alhaja Smith left the school on retirement in 2011 after eight amazing years of being in control. 

Mr. Fatai Adio Lawal became the Principal of the school  on 15th July,2011.
